Going from underpaid and under appreciated to building my own agency from scratch was not the plan…. but then I got laid off. Twice. Which honestly felt like the universe telling me something.
So I decided to build Freshly Baked from my home in San Diego, a social media management agency created on the belief that good marketing should feel like you, not like a template someone recycled from three clients ago.
I named it Freshly Baked because I love baking and because everything I build for my clients is made fresh. New strategy, new content, new energy, every single month.
I decided that getting laid off twice was honestly the best thing that ever happened to my career, and I want small business owners to stop feeling like they have to choose between showing up online and really being able to enjoy their business.
